1. Marriage Attestation:

Application letter from Ghanaian applicant |

Valid passport with entry visa |

Bachelor, Spinster (certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Accra ) or Divorced certificate |

iv) |
Documentary evidence of fiancee as single (in case of Belgian fiancee, family register with its English translated version or to be translated at the Embassy for a fee |

v) |
One passport-sized photograph of both applicant and fiancee |
|
vi) |
A fee of €50 |
