APPLICATION FOR GHANA ENTRY VISAS

As part of ongoing efforts aimed at improving the quality of services at our Consular Section, applicants for Ghana Entry visas are kindly requested to go to the consular section and download the application forms for completion at home.

The completed forms should be submitted at the reception in quadruplicate, together with four recent passport size photographs and national passports of applicants valid for at least six months.

At the point of submission, applicants will be issued with a number that would be used to claim their passports after the visas have been issued. Applicants may be required to present themselves for interview where this is deemed necessary.

NB
To facilitate quick action in processing visas and to avoid unnecessary delays, applicants should ensure that they provide complete and correct information on the application form, as required, before submission.

NATO SECRETARY GENERAL VISITS GHANA

The NATO Secretary General Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer accompanied by his spouse, Mrs. Jeannine de Hoop Scheffer, paid an historic three-day official visit to Ghana, from 19 to 21 November, 2008 at the invitation of His Excellency, President John Agyekum Kufuor. During the visit, Mr. de Hoop Scheffer delivered a speech at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Centre and was received by President Kufuor at The Castle. About 3000 delegates including twenty-three Presidents and Prime Ministers and over 120 Ministers from ACP states participated in the conference.
